So whenever the temperature is too high the liquid expands so the vapors at the surface of the liquid is thicker and greater pressure is created. So we understand exactly what liquid is but what about a liquid that's liquid at the surface of this sound. Is this the same as strong at precisely the exact same moment? We know this is not true since when a liquid cools it begins to combine with the air, however the liquid in the surface of the solid is different. We must possess liquid and it has to be present in precisely the exact same moment. Otherwise you'll never get a solid which is solid in the surface.
